Unless the event is explicitly marked by ‘No Photography’ signs at the venue.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Direct Media Team Contact:<\/span> You may contact a member of the Media Team (e.g., Ps John or Twinky Chu) to request that we do not use any identifiable images of you or your family. Content Removal Guarantee<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-gray-700 mb-4\">\n If you find an image or video of yourself or your child on our social media or website that you wish to be removed, we will honor your request promptly, regardless of any prior consent.\n <\/p>\n<ul class=\"custom-list pl-0 text-gray-700 mb-6\">\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Process:<\/span> To exercise this right, contact the Coordinators (details in Section 6).\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Commitment:<\/span> The Church commits to processing and fulfilling the content removal request across all public platforms as soon as possible. The Church cannot guarantee removal of the third-party content but will provide guidance on platform reporting procedures.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Archived Service Videos:<\/span> While the Content Removal is Guaranteed, removing an individual’s image from lengthy, archived service recordings (like full services or stage performances) is an operational burden. The removal of the segment only, if technically feasible.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mb-3\">C. Printed and Physical Materials (Bulletins, Newsletters, etc.)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-gray-700 mb-4\">\n We recognize that physical materials (e.g., printed bulletins, seasonal newsletters, brochures) cannot be easily altered or removed once distributed. Therefore, the policy for print media is focused on internal pre-publication diligence.\n <\/p>\n<ul class=\"custom-list pl-0 text-gray-700 mb-6\">\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Opt-Out Master List Adherence:<\/span> The Media Team is strictly mandated to cross-reference all proposed print content (both images and names) against the official Opt-Out List (Section 2) before finalizing the print design. Any individual on the list must be excluded.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Confirmation for Features:<\/span> For any prominent use in print (e.g., close-up photo, testimonial), the Media Team must obtain and log clear confirmation of consent from the individual (which can be verbal or digital). This is required even if the person has not formally opted out of Printed and Physical Materials.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Opt-Out Requests After Content Has Been Printed (Post-Distribution Obligation):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc ml-6 mt-2 text-gray-700\">\n<li class=\"mb-1\">\n <span class=\"font-medium text-gray-800\">Immediate Action:<\/span> When an individual submits a post-distribution opt-out, the Coordinators must immediately fulfill the request by adding the individual to the Master Opt-Out List and ensuring that \u201cno future printed materials include their image or identifiable information\u201d. Archiving Policy (Keeping Our History Safe)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-gray-700 mb-4\">\n Social media platforms are used for temporary distribution, not permanent storage. Unless the event is explicitly marked by ‘No Photography’ signs at the venue.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Direct Media Team Contact:<\/span> You may contact a member of the Media Team (e.g., Ps John or Twinky Chu) to request that we do not use any identifiable images of you or your family. This request will be immediately communicated to all Church-affiliated recording personnel.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Official Opt-Out Request (Form):<\/span> Please scroll down to <a href=\"#section-6\" class=\"text-indigo-600 hover:underline font-bold\">Section 6<\/a> of this policy to access the official online opt-out form. The Church cannot guarantee removal of the third-party content but will provide guidance on platform reporting procedures.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Archived Service Videos:<\/span> While the Content Removal is Guaranteed, removing an individual’s image from lengthy, archived service recordings (like full services or stage performances) is an operational burden. Any individual on the list must be excluded.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Confirmation for Features:<\/span> For any prominent use in print (e.g., close-up photo, testimonial), the Media Team must obtain and log clear confirmation of consent from the individual (which can be verbal or digital). This is required even if the person has not formally opted out of Printed and Physical Materials.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Opt-Out Requests After Content Has Been Printed (Post-Distribution Obligation):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-disc ml-6 mt-2 text-gray-700\">\n<li class=\"mb-1\">\n <span class=\"font-medium text-gray-800\">Immediate Action:<\/span> When an individual submits a post-distribution opt-out, the Coordinators must immediately fulfill the request by adding the individual to the Master Opt-Out List and ensuring that \u201cno future printed materials include their image or identifiable information\u201d. This commitment safeguards the individual against any future publication in this unalterable medium.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mb-3\">D. Archiving Policy (Keeping Our History Safe)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"text-gray-700 mb-4\">\n Social media platforms are used for temporary distribution, not permanent storage. We prioritize the safe retention of our ministry records.\n <\/p>\n<ul class=\"custom-list pl-0 text-gray-700\">\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Immediate Download:<\/span> We assign staff to download and secure all valuable service and event recordings immediately after the broadcast to prevent content loss.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Secure Storage:<\/span> We ensure all archived media is saved in at least two separate, secure locations (e.g., on a local drive and in secure cloud storage) to protect against accidental loss or disaster.\n <\/li>\n<li>\n <span class=\"font-bold text-gray-900\">Prioritization:<\/span> We prioritize the permanent archiving of key historical events and special services (like baptisms or sermons).\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p> <\/p>\n<section id=\"section-4\" class=\"mb-10 p-6 bg-red-50 rounded-xl shadow-md border border-red-200\">\n<h2 class=\"text-2xl font-bold text-red-800 mb-3 section-header border-red-300\">4.
